Housing and Neighborhoods Baseline Analysis: Strategic Planning for Community Develoopment In Memphis and Shelby County, Tennessee

Following a series of focused discussions with community development stakeholders in Memphis, the Greater Memphis Partnership (the Assisi Foundation, the Community Foundation of Greater Memphis, the City Division of Housing and Community Development and the Neighborhood Redevelopment Steering Committee/Community Development Council) selected EDAW Associates to work with the Partnership to develop a strategic plan to guide community development in Shelby County for at least the next four years. The Center for Community Building and Neighborhood Action (CBANA) prepared this baseline analysis for use by EDAW and the Partnership.
